Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  •  Each order is custom-made once placed, so returns are only accepted if there is a defect in the fabric, stitching, or material.
  • return is accepted if initiated 24 hours from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • acceptance of returns or exchange is subject to inspection and approval by the team, once approved , our team will guid you through the next steps to ensure a smooth process.
  • choosing the wrong size is not our responsibility so please make sure to check the size guid before placing the order , there will be no exchange or returns.

How to Initiate a Return
